**ALL PRICES SHOWN ON WEB AND APP ARE SUBJECT TO VAT (20%). AIRPORT DROP-OFF OR COLLECTION FEE WILL BE APPLIED WHERE APPLICABLE**

At airports, we include 60 minutes complimentary waiting time after the flight has landed and at Cruise Terminals and Railway Stations 30 minutes. Thereafter a charge of £7.50 for each and/or partial 15 minutes will apply.
If a pick-up is from within London (residential address or business address), we allow 15 minutes complimentary waiting time and thereafter the charge will be £7.50 for each and/or partial 15 minutes. This means our fares are based on direct trips with passenger/s being ready to travel at the time of booking and place as specified.
If we pick up from any UK address the driver will wait up to 30 minutes after the time the booking was made for. If we are unable to contact the passenger (by ringing the door bell and calling the contact phone number), we will release the driver, and the passenger will be responsible for the full cost.
No reservation is considered accepted until confirmed by phone or email and the passenger has been issued with a reference number.
Web / App bookings will be reviewed and maybe rejected via email if not enough information was provided or if there is no availability in the area.
All bookings made via the passenger app or through our website are not confirmed until reviewed by our offices. If we cannot accommodate the booking for any reason, we will contact you within 12 hours.
Hourly/As-directed services are limited to 20 miles per hour and an additional mileage charge, depending on the type of vehicle booked, will be applied where applicable.
An additional mileage charge will be applied for out-of-London journeys.
A minimum hire charge applies to all Hourly/As-directed services depending on the vehicle type: 3 hours for E-Class and 4 hours for S-/V-Class.
An additional surcharge of 50% on the price listed on the website may be added for services on the following dates: 24th, 25th and 26th December as well as 1st January.
There will be additional charges if the passenger has to make a stop during the journey which was not in the original booking (minimum £25.00).
Cancellation Policy
From a London postcode, cancellation/s not advised 4 hours prior to the pick-up time will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
Cancellations for out-of-London services require a minimum of 8 hours’ notification to avoid any charges.
Coach bookings are charged in full if cancelled within 48 hours.
In case of Hourly/As- directed bookings, the minimum 3-hour charge for E-Class and minimum 4-hour charge for S-/V-Class will be charged if cancelled outside the above-mentioned free cancellation period.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued on the following grounds:
- Booking on all credit/debit cards notified 4 hours prior to the actual pick- up time for London journeys and 8 hours for out-of-London journeys.
- If the passenger missed the flight and informed us in advance either by telephone or email obtaining cancellation.
- Some cancellations are subject to a minimum fee, based on the trip booked.
No refunds will be issued for the following:
- If the passenger books a service for the wrong date/wrong flight number and other misleading information.
- If the passenger leaves the airport or any other agreed pick-up address without informing or contacting UK Car Bookings.
